This Visio stencil provides more than 300 icons -- many depicting servers, server roles, services and applications -- that you can use in architecture diagrams, charts, and posters. [SharePoint] [Ré] Concilier les Équipes IT et le Business avec la Gouvernance dans Microsoft SharePoint (Part 1)

La gouvernance nécessite la coopération de l’ensemble des acteurs de l’entreprise ainsi que la connaissance des processus internes, pour aboutir à des règles acceptées permettant de définir la globalité des services, d’ôter toute ambiguïté et de résoudre les conflits qui se présentent. Un plan de gouvernance devrait idéalement commencer avant la phase de déploiement de la solution, évoluer, s’adapter progressivement et valider les règles qui permettront de couvrir l’ensemble des problématiques amenées par les besoins métiers et prenant en considération les contraintes techniques, matérielles et organisationnelles de l’entreprise.

Microsoft SharePoint est une solution complète et complexe à appréhender. Les entreprises qui déploient ces solutions n’ont pas toujours d’expérience, de savoir-faire ou d’équipes dédiées à l’administration de ce type d’environnement.

Problématique

SharePoint introduit à la manière d’un bigbang un grand nombre de technologies qui sont souvent prises en charge par des équipes différentes dans l’entreprise. Chacune d’elles peut être très performante sur son périmètre, mais malheureusement cela ne suffit pas toujours pour permettre une implémentation simplifiée, rapide, cohérente et pleinement fonctionnelle de l’environnement SharePoint cible souhaité.
